How do I Cancel/Dismiss alarms from the Virtual Keypad?

Select Keypad on the app's menu or on the website's Security (Home) page.

• Enter a valid user code on the keypad.
• Depending on your security panel, you may have to press the 1(Off) key after you enter the code. 
• Entering the code once silences the alarm. 
• Enter the code again to clear the alarm from the display.
• The system is disarmed the second time the code is entered, followed by the 1(Off) key.
