Why am I seeing "Your security panel is currently offline"?

Your security system might have had one of the following problems:
  • The system has lost contact with the cellular network and/or the Internet.
  • The system has lost both AC power and battery backup power.
There may be other connection problems between your device and your system. If your device is working and has its normal connection(s), contact your security professional for help with your system.
