How do I set up a garage door to work with the Remote Service iOS app?

1. Tap the Devices  icon at the bottom of the screen. (Remember that you can select the options that appear there; you may have to use the More button to open an expanded list of options where you'll find Devices.)
2: Next, touch the button in the upper right corner of the Manage Devices screen.
3: Select CHAMBERLAIN (or Chamberlain/LiftMaster) on the list of our automation partners.

If you're already using a Chamberlain garage door or compatible device, continue with step 4:

 

4: Choose ADD EXISTING GARAGE DOOR.
5: When prompted, enter the username and password of your Chamberlain account.
6: Follow the prompts in the app to choose a Location in your account and specify the device you wish to control with the app.

If you don’t have any Chamberlain devices configured yet, continue with step 7:

 

7: Choose SET UP NEW GARAGE DOOR.
8: The Remote Service requests permission to launch the Chamberlain MyQ app.
9: Click Continue.
10: You will have the opportunity to set up a new Chamberlain account and register the appropriate devices. Begin with the Get Started button and follow the app’s subsequent instructions.
11: Once you have established a Chamberlain/MyQ account, return to the Remote Services app.
