How can I mark an Event as a Favorite?

Entries in the Activity log can be flagged with a as ‘Favorites’.

Events flagged in this manner can be searched quickly using the star icon in the filtering options on your mobile device or PC. Starred Favorites cannot be saved beyond 90 days.

To mark an event as a Favorite on the website:

Touch the    button next to a sensor event (or other security event such as an Arm or Disarm) and you see a choice of Favorite or Hide Activity (for more information on the latter, see the FAQ Can Events Be Hidden Or Deleted?). 

Note: Video events cannot be starred as Favorites. For video events, the       button     presents a choice of Play Video, Download Video or Hide Activity).
